We understand that sometimes the items ordered do not perfectly meet your expectations.
At Shoo Pom, we strive to make the returns process as simple and transparent as possible.
Here are some important points to remember:
Return policy:
- You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return items that do not suit you.
- Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with their original box intact.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return if the conditions are not respected, in particular in the case of damaged shoes, preventing them from being put back on sale or showing damage, as well as for hygiene reasons. In this case, the products will be returned to you.
- Returns are free for orders shipped to France. For international and Europe returns remain the responsibility of the customer.
Return process:
1- To obtain a returns number and detailed instructions on how to proceed, please go to the returns portal by clicking here: RETURN PORTAL or by clicking on the tab MY RETURNS from your customer area
2- Carefully package the items you wish to return in their original packaging.
3- Include the part to be detached received during the return process and print the return label to affix to the package
4- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service.
Refunds:
- Exchanges are not available.
- The refund will be made within 14 days after receipt of the returned product(s) at our premises, on the payment method used when ordering. Please note that initial shipping costs are not refunded.
